in Singapore seeks an experienced CMO Operations Manager to lead strategic and tactical planning for Contract Manufacturing sources and ensure effective cross-functional support for day-to-day operations. You will oversee SCM initiatives, supplier negotiations, logistics, and risk management, driving cost savings and reliable CMOs while aligning with executive objectives across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
• At least 5 years of management experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain or Outsourcing management preferably in Pharmaceutical industry or related experience
• Strong working knowledge of cross border CMO management and logistics including manufacturing operations/import/export and customs clearance
• The ability to adapt to rapid change, wear multiple hats, and work under pressure
• Proven written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• High attention to detail and above average organizational skills
• Ability to operate and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines
• Must be customer oriented, flexible, team player, improvement minded, initiative taker, proactive, with good judgment and decision-making ability

Responsibilities

• Manage supply plans, CMO inventory, and operations plans to ensure undisrupted supply and report status to the supply chain manager.
• Oversee purchasing, ordering, logistics, invoice verification and end-to-end procurement within the Celltrion ERP.
• Coordinate CMO manufacturing slot planning, booking and logistics to support mid- to high-volume manufacturing.
• Lead SCM initiatives like inventory management, lead-time reduction, and cost reductions.
• Improve outsourcing and contract manufacturing processes to enhance customer satisfaction and ramp to volume.
• Be the point of contact for invoices reconciliation and monitoring payment schedules.
• Mitigate risks including excess and obsolescence management.
• Negotiate and manage SOWs and service agreements with CMOs.
• Support supply chain communications for multiple locations and report to executives.
• Collaborate with departments to align sourcing strategies with business requirements.
• Develop and execute cost savings or avoidance initiatives.
• Work with logistics on goods receipt, customs clearance, and tax affairs.
• Analyze CMOs performance and drive sourcing initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinate bidding processes, RFx, quotes, bids.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing, logistics, delivery and support quality/RA issues.
