Job summary

Terumo Asia Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of Supply Chain for the SinMalFrontier Cluster in Singapore. You will oversee Planning, Logistics and O2C, drive S&OP, manage inventories, and optimize cost and service levels across SAP S4 and IBP platforms.

The role requires 8+ years in SCM with people management, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record of process improvement and regulatory compliance in a global healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or supply chain.
• Experience in supply chain management with people management is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S4 and IBP and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, O2C and operations management including PO approvals and scheduling.
• Lead planning, inventory management and S&OP cycle adherence.
• Drive budgeting, cost control and supplier performance improvements.
• Develop and mentor SCM team within a BU-led structure.
• Ensure SAP and IBP master data accuracy and year-end procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for GDPMDS and audits.
• Identify automation opportunities and SOP enhancements.
• Assist with CSR activities and cross-functional project participation.
• Collaborate with business units to align SCM with growth goals.
