ONE PERIDOT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth in Singapore. You will conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities to expand the client base.

You will cultivate relationships with existing clients, tailor proposals, negotiate contracts, and develop strategic sales plans with clear targets and KPIs. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to close deals and drive revenue.

Responsabilidades

Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth and expansion.
Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop strategies to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
Establish rapport and trust with new clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
Create and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to close deals and secure new business.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and tactics to achieve business development objectives.
Set sales targets and KPIs, and monitor performance against goals.
Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
