Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge gaps between users, vendors and stakeholders. Under minimal direction, you will define system scope based on user needs and industry requirements, then document requirements and translate them into robust specifications.

You will develop visualization and user experience aspects of solution design, coordinate change management, and nurture relationships to support project scope. You may lead training for clients and peers.

Qualifications

• Essential: elicitation via interviewing and structured techniques for documentation/analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and front clients with confidence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Can juggle multiple action points and deliver on each effectively.

Responsibilities

• Bridge gaps between users, vendors and internal/external stakeholders.
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs.
• Document requirements and translate into system specifications verbally and in writing.
• Develop visualization and user experience aspects of solution design.
• Coordinate requirements and change management processes.
• Build and maintain relationships to manage scope and expectations.
• Participate in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations and new business development.
• Act as team member and leader; advise on process improvements.
• May lead client and peer training.
