Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is seeking resourceful, energetic professionals to help shape Singapore's built environment. You will administer building regulations and help develop strategies to ensure a future-ready sector, balancing safety with sustainability.

Ideal candidates hold a civil/structural engineering degree, with at least two years of relevant experience, good analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Professional certification with BIM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer building regulations and develop strategies for the Built Environment Sector.
• Review and develop policies related to Building Control Regulations.
• Improve processes and IT systems in collaboration with related agencies.
• Approve submissions on building plans focusing on safety, sustainability and accessibility.
