Job summary

We are seeking resourceful engineers and architects to contribute to development and regulation, including inspections, TOP/CSC processing, and policy development to shape Singapore's built environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and standards in Singapore.
• Experience in design, construction, or building control.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing site inspections and audits to verify compliance with approved plans and regulations.
• Reviewing and processing TOP and CSC applications; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Developing strategies, policies, and processes related to Building Control.
