Frasers Property Limited invites an Assistant Director to shape and strengthen FPS Singapore’s reputation and brand across its retail, commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Communications & Branding, you will lead integrated communications, branding and engagement strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent FPS brand expression to customers, employees and communities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years in corporate communications, marketing communications or branding.
• Proven track record in building and managing enterprise brands.
• Strong brand governance, strategy and reputation management.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple stakeholders and platforms.
• Excellent stakeholders management, leadership and agency management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute integrated communications and branding strategies to strengthen FPS Singapore's position.
• Create compelling corporate, brand and thought leadership content across channels.
• Lead crisis communications planning and stakeholder messaging.
• Oversee employee communications and engagement to reinforce culture and values.
• Partner with business units to craft brand narratives and multimedia content.
• Manage community investment initiatives and external partnerships to enhance reputation.
• Oversee external agencies to ensure timely delivery of programmes.
