Job summary

ZARCH Collaboratives Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager in Singapore to oversee a diverse range of architectural projects from design through construction and completion. You will coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to keep every project on track.

The role demands strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and proactive problem solving to maintain programme milestones and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Project Management, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience in architectural consultancy or project management in building projects.
• Good understanding of the architectural design and construction process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate architectural projects from design development through construction and completion.
• Serve as a key contact between clients, consultants, contractors and the project team.
• Plan, monitor and coordinate programmes, deliverables and milestones.
• Lead project meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with specialist consultants to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, risks and coordination issues.
• Work with the design team to coordinate design requirements with project objectives.
• Assist in resolving project, design and site coordination issues.
• Monitor documentation and deliverables to align with the project programme.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and management.
