Job summary

LED Lighting in Singapore seeks a Sales Manager to build and run the commercial engine for our Singapore business.

You will carry your own book of strategic accounts, coach the team's daily activity and pipeline discipline, and act as a thinking partner to the Country Manager on where the business should focus next: which segments to double down on, where margins need to shift, and where to test new channels.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with margin and segment awareness.
• A genuine player-coach who continues to sell.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Translate pricing and priority targets into concrete team actions.
• Lead daily standups and manage activity benchmarks by rep.
• Track, analyze, and report conversion rates and effectiveness.
• Own a book of strategic or hard-to-crack accounts.
• Monitor market signals: segments, price resistance, and competitor moves.
• Provide frequent ground feedback to align market direction with leadership.
