Job summary

GREEN OCEAN MARINE & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an inventory associate to manage store inventory, handle sales cash, and maintain stock levels to ensure smooth operations.

You will receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities, check incoming materials against invoices and packing slips, and keep accurate records of goods received and issued, reporting stock movements in monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or storekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage store inventory & cash handling.
• Receive, distribute and maintain adequate stock quantities.
• Maintain optimal stock levels.
• Keep stock and consumption records.
• Check incoming materials for quality against invoices, PO and packing slips.
• Make clear notes on receipt of items against invoices.
• Keep and update records of goods received and issued.
• Prepare reports of expenditure and monthly stock movements.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

8.Complies report of expenditure,and monthly stock report.

9.Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
