Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse/Delivery Associate to pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery or export at Loyang Lane. The role includes verifying goods for accuracy, planning deliveries and updating movements in NetSuite.

You must hold a valid Class 3/4 driving licence and have at least an ITE/NTC qualification in Business/Office Skills. Working hours are Mon–Fri, with transport arrangements provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence.
• Minimum ITE/NTC qualification in Business/Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, inspect and prepare goods for delivery/export.
• Verify outgoing and incoming goods for accuracy, quality and damages.
• Ensure safe handling, loading and unloading of goods during deliveries and collections.
• Assist with delivery planning and transportation arrangements.
• Ensure Delivery Orders are properly acknowledged by recipients.
• Update all warehouse goods movements in NetSuite.
• Maintain warehouse safety, security, housekeeping and proper storage.
• Manage goods for customer/forwarder self-collection.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Location: Loyang Lane (transport pick up):8am to 5pm: Punggol / Tampines9am to 6pm: Sengkang / Pasir Ris

Working Days: Monday to Friday
