Job summary

MYFIRST TECH ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive sales associate to manage sales and optimize every step of the customer journey. You will assist walk-in customers, answer queries, and develop in-depth knowledge of products to propose the right solutions.

Maintain excellent customer service, interact regularly to understand needs, keep products well merchandised, and strive to meet weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or related fields.
• Friendly and upbeat personality.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process.
• Attend to walk-in customers on queries, purchases, or any assistance needed.
• Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions.
• Give product knowledge to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain and provide excellent customer service at all times, interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right product and service.
• Carry out daily cleaning and ensure products are well merchandised.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas according to myFirst marketing strategies.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
