Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional client journey.

  • Uphold brand identity and showcase collections through strong product expertise and storytelling.

  • Cultivate and sustain long-term client loyalty.

  • Guide and support the team in effective CRM usage and follow-up.

  • Drive the team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.

  • Stay alert to business performance and implement timely corrective measures.

  • Oversee adherence to operational standards (cash handling, stock control, visual merchandising).

  • Coordinate internal communication regarding compliance requirements.

  • Ensure the security of staff, clients, and merchandise.

  • Compile and manage sales performance reports.

  • Collaborate with HR on talent acquisition and training programs.

  • Assess and enhance team performance through coaching and development.

  • Inspire, support, and resolve people-related matters promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in fashion retail, including at least 3 years as shop-in-charge.

  • Preferably working experience in ready-to-wear.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Service-oriented with attention to detail and organization.

  • Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving abilities.

  • Brand-appropriate personal presentation.
