Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role within bakery, café, retail, hospitality, or F&B operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage store performance.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in inventory management, manpower planning, and sales operations.
• Passion for Japanese food culture and service excellence.
• Japanese language proficiency is preferred to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and communication with Japan headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and uphold Japanese hospitality standards.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
• Monitor inventory, stock ordering, wastage control, and cost management.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and operational excellence.
