Job summary

Kelme Singapore seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and uphold brand standards. You will manage inventory, supervise a retail team, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with headquarters on promotions and new product launches, while maintaining store presentation and compliance with local regulations. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably in sportswear, footwear, or apparel retail.
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with headquarters and local customers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management tools.
• Flexibility to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Kelme is a Spanish sportswear brand founded in 1963, known for football and global sportswear, footwear, accessories, and equipment. Kelme is launching its first boutique in Singapore and seeks a driven Store Manager to lead its retail operations.

Job Summary

Benefits

• Salary range: S$3,200 - S$4,500 per month, based on experience
• Performance bonus linked to store sales target achievement
• CPF contributions for eligible employees
• Annual leave starting at 7 days, increasing up to 14 days with service length
• Paid sick leave: up to 14 days outpatient and 60 days hospitalisation leave after 6 months service, pro-rated for shorter service, in line with the Employment Act
