Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Store Leader in Singapore's Production Department to coordinate store operations, manage inventory, and liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and material flow.

You will plan deliveries with Production, prepare delivery orders, monitor production orders, and ensure accurate goods issued and returned in the system, while maintaining tidy and safe stores and liaising with transporters.

Qualifications

• Able to use Lift truck/ Pallet Jack
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
• "N", "O" Level or ITE
• Able To Lead Team

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Production to Plan Delivery
• Prepare Daily Delivery List for Admin to Prepare Delivery Order
• Monitor Production Orders Process to Ensure Materials Are Issue to Production on Time
• Key in system for goods issued and return from production after checking & verified quantity
• Check & Ensure Inventory of Finished Goods (FG) and Packaging Materials Match System
• Daily Arrangement of Store to Ensure Upkeep & Maintenance Safe and Tidy Housekeeping of Store at All Times
• Receiving and Releasing Goods
• Liaise with Transporter to Ensure Smooth Process for Delivery and Collection
• Standby Goods Ready for Delivery
