Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in retail management or sales.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting.
• Ability to develop and implement promotion strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work during opening hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive and route goods to correct storage areas.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
• Monitor inventory and prepare orders against par levels.
• Maintain organized records and invoices.
• Verify deliveries match purchase orders.
• Store both food and beverage and operational stock.
• Ensure storage areas meet hygiene regulations.
• Sign store requisitions with department heads.
• Enter requisitions into the Inventory Management System.
• Work with Purchasing to order and receive items.
• Address vendor delivery issues and oversee returns.
• Perform daily inventory reports and logs.
• Assist Accounts Payable in cost discrepancies.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory.
