Responsibilities

• Receive and forward goods to correct storage location.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
• Monitor inventory and prepare orders based on par levels.
• Maintain clear records and file invoices.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders and quantities.
• Ensure storage of food, beverage, and operational stock.
• Keep storage areas clean and hygienic, in compliance with regulations.
• Sign store requisitions and ensure quantities match.
• Update inventory management system with requisitions and invoices.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and follow internal controls.
