Job summary

KNDS CATERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized store keeper to manage stock, staff coordination, and plan promotional campaigns for the store in Singapore.

The role emphasizes accuracy in receiving, storage, inventory control, and ensuring hygiene and safety in all storage areas while working closely with Purchasing and Accounts to resolve discrepancies.

Experience in retail management or store operations, with strong communication and computer skills, is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in retail management or sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and budgeting processes.
• Ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and organized approach.

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct storage area.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s area of operation.
• Monitor and take inventory regularly to plan orders based on par levels.
• Maintain clear records; ensure reports and invoices are filed and stored.
• Ensure storage and hygiene of food, beverage, and stock areas.
