The candidate will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, record inventory using computer software, and assist in preparing delivery orders and stock reports. Prior experience in a store, warehouse, or retail environment is advantageous. The ideal applicant should be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and compliance within the store.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily incoming and outgoing stock.
• Packing of outgoing shipment to customer including photo taking.
• Record and update inventory using computer software (Excel/inventory system).
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal staff.
• Assist in daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain store organisation, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.
• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day management tasks.

Skills
