Job summary

AGRU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Delivery cum Warehouse Assistant to support operations, deliveries, on-site verification, and warehouse inventory.

You will assist with receiving goods, picking, packing, and sorting for delivery, as well as loading and unloading inventory safely. The role requires verification of stock quantities at customer premises, capturing POD photos, and maintaining vehicle and warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations by receiving incoming goods, picking, packing, and sorting items for delivery.
• Assist in safe loading and unloading of inventory to and from the company vehicle, preventing damages during transit.
• Verify correct stock quantities against delivery orders and invoices directly at the customer’s premises before handover.
• Take clear proof-of-delivery (POD) pictures and obtain official customer stamps or signatures on delivery orders where required.
• Act as the face of the company, resolving or reporting delivery issues on the ground with a polite and professional attitude.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization within both the company delivery vehicle and the central warehouse.
• Conduct checks on the delivery vehicle, including fuel, tire pressure, and basic maintenance reporting.
• Assist in other operational, stock-taking, or logistics tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
