Job summary

BULLION KING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & POS Specialist to manage invoicing for retail sales and bullion buybacks, and to securely process payments across cash, NETS, cards, and transfers.

The role includes maintaining accurate cash and inventory records, organizing vault storage, and performing routine stock checks, while delivering friendly bilingual service in English and Mandarin to walking customers and inquiries about spot prices and products.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: Issue precise invoices for retail sales and customer bullion buybacks.
• Payments: Securely process cash, NETS, credit cards, and bank transfers.
• Discrepancy Control: Reconcile daily point-of-sale receipts against cash drawer totals.
• Inventory Logging: Unpack, weigh, verify, and log incoming gold bars, silver coins, and collectibles.
• Vault Organization: Maintain precise, secure storage and systematic shelving of high-value inventory.
• Stock Audits: Participate in routine physical cycle counts to ensure zero inventory variance.
• Client Advisory: Greet walk-in clients and answer inquiries about spot prices, premiums, and products.
• Bilingual Support: Serve both English and Mandarin-speaking clients seamlessly.
• Product Education: Explain product authenticity features, mint marks, and storage options.
