Job summary

ENSURE MANPOWER CONSULTANCY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Storekeeper to manage kitting, picking and store operations at Mattar. You will handle daily stock movements and ensure parts are stored correctly.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily and yearly stock takes, issuing parts to production, maintaining cleanliness, updating job status, and reporting incidents. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:45 PM at the Mattar site.

• Handle job kitting and picking.
• Responsible for issuing parts to production and storing parts properly.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the store.
• Assist in conducting daily stock take and yearly inventory stock take to ensure accuracy.
• Support production requests on job schedules and update job status in the system.
• Ensure that the quantity of received parts complies with requirements.
• Conduct incoming material checks based on physical outlook.
• In the event of any incident, near miss, occupational disease, disease outbreak, dangerous occurrence, or suspicious risks associated with terrorism threats (as stated in RA & SWP), immediately report to your superior.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
