Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd seeks a Report Developer to design, develop, and deploy reports for a stock trading system. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with business analysts, develop ~100 reports, and ensure they meet bank standards. Strong skills in PySpark, SQL, ETL, and reporting tools are required, with 3–7 years in IT development, preferably in banking or financial services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-7 years of IT development experience, preferably in banking or financial services with at least 3 years in report development.
Lead with experience managing a team of at least 6 members.

Responsibilities

Requirement analysis: collaborate with business teams to gather and validate reporting requirements and understand data source mapping and transformation logic.
Report development: design and implement ~100 reports using agreed tools and frameworks to meet business requirements and standards.
Testing & UAT: prepare test cases and validate reports during UAT and address defects promptly.
Deployment & documentation: execute production deployment following change management processes and maintain rollback plans.
Collaboration: work with Bank’s teams for access to systems and environments and provide regular updates.
