Job summary

Job Expert Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Kitchen Helper to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. You will wash dishes, utensils, and cookware, and assist in receiving and storing supplies while adhering to food safety standards.

The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A positive team attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all kitchen areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
• Dispose of rubbish and maintain cleanliness of the refuse area.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
• Refill cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef or Superior.
