Job summary

EP Education Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a passionate trainer to shape students' futures through engaging lessons and innovative tech-enabled learning.

The role involves developing materials, delivering lessons across schools, and creating a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher, excels in communication with children and youths, and can work Monday to Friday with flexi hours for on-site lessons.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Programming, or related field.
• Strong classroom management skills are an advantage.
• Creative, confident, and energetic in lesson delivery, with a vibrant personality.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and youths.
• Prior experience in education, training, programming, or robotics is an advantage, but is not required.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Training will be provided.
• Monday to Friday work days (Flexi hours depending on on-site lessons)

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials and lesson plans using new educational technologies.
• Conduct training sessions at various educational institutions across Singapore.
• Deliver lessons independently while following the provided curriculum.
• Foster an engaging, positive learning environment for students.
• Provide regular feedback on student progress and report challenges.
• Collaborate with the HOD to ensure curriculum alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and work on training materials and lesson plans using new and emerging educational technologies and tools with the HOD.
• Conduct training sessions at various educational institutions across Singapore.
• Deliver lessons independently while adhering to the provided lesson plans and curriculum.
• Foster an engaging and positive learning environment for students.
• Provide regular feedback and updates on students' progress, as well as report any challenges encountered during training.

Job Requirements

• Diploma qualification or higher, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Programming, or a related field. Others would still be considered.
