Job summary

TLG Gourmet PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated kitchen staff member in Singapore to prepare and steam dishes, following specific recipes and plating standards.

The role requires maintaining timing and temperature to ensure flavor and texture, while monitoring ingredient freshness and inventory levels. You will also be responsible for cleaning steamers and related equipment to meet food safety standards and handling ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
