Job summary

MPR INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a Boiler Operator to monitor and maintain process plant equipment across utilities. The role involves safe operation of steam boilers, coordination with service providers, and supervision of contractor work to ensure timely handovers of equipment.

The position requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience with boilers, basic English for procedures, and familiarity with maintenance software.

Qualifications

• Class 2 Boiler Attendant COC or Nitec - Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
• 2–3 years working experience operating steam boilers and maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Basic English to read and understand procedures.
• Computer skills to use Access databases for maintenance and emails.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot utilities and process plant equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of plant equipment in coordination with service providers.
• Supervise contractor works and handover of equipment.
• Perform Job Safety Analysis and risk assessments on operation of utilities / maintenance services.
• Carry out lockout/tagout and isolations when performing maintenance.
