Job summary

Lisen Builders Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Boiler Attendant to operate and maintain boilers and plant equipment in our manufacturing facilities in Singapore.

You will monitor performance, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure safe, continuous operation. Basic English reading of procedures is required, with proficiency in using databases and email.

Qualifications

• Class 2 Boiler Attendant COC or Nitec- Mechanical Technology or Equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years working experience in operation of Steam Boilers and Maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Basic English knowledge to read and understand procedures.
• Computer skills to use Access databases for maintenance and E-mails.

Responsibilities

• Startup/Operate/Shut-down/Trouble shoots Utilities like air compressors and cooling systems.
• Monitor and maintain process plant equipment.
• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul basic machineries, pumps, valves, compressors and conveyors.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of plant equipment with service providers.
• Monitor normal operation of plant equipment and troubleshoot for smooth operation.
• Perform lockout and isolation for maintenance activities.
• Perform Job Safety Analysis and risk assessments on operation of utilities and services.
• Supervise contractor works and ensure safe handover of equipment.
