Job summary

AbbVie Singapore is seeking a Statutory Lead Singapore & Regional Statutory Coordinator to oversee statutory accounting, ensure accurate financial reporting, controls, and timely deliverables. This role partners with affiliates, Shared Services, tax and external auditors.

You will coordinate regional statutory reporting across JAPAC, manage reconciliation between US GAAP and local ledgers, and drive standardization and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in accounting and statutory reporting.
• Experience with US GAAP/local GAAP and local statutory accounting; IFRS/ Singapore Financial Reporting Standards experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of Singapore statutory financial statements.
• Coordinate statutory audits with external auditors and internal teams.
• Manage statutory compliance calendar and filing deadlines.
• Partner with Tax and third-party providers on tax provisions.
• Document SOPs and ensure knowledge transfer.
