The position is located in the Manpower Research and Statistics Department (MRSD), Singapore. The department produces a wide range of national labour market statistics to facilitate informed decision-making within the government and the community‑at‑large.

What you will be working on

• Analyse complex labour market datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform policy decisions
• Develop and maintain statistical models to support research initiatives
• Create reports and visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement data validation procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Support ad‑hoc analytical requests and provide data‑driven recommendations for strategic planning
• Monitor key labour market indicators and prepare regular statistical briefings for internal and external audiences
