Job summary

You will help deliver conferences, showcases and marketing materials, while coordinating with ecosystem partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business, Marketing, Communications, Events Management or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in events, partnerships, marketing, communications or stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and engaging content for different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging ecosystem partners, startups and vendors.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Passion for Singapore's startup and innovation ecosystem is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist SWITCH content planning and delivery for sessions, showcases and marketing materials.
• Coordinate SLINGSHOT and competition operations with vendors and timelines.
• Engage ecosystem partners, startups and corporates to drive participation.
• Manage digital platforms, registrations and attendee engagement systems.
• Support post-event reporting and data collation for improvements.
