Job summary

The Star Guide at Resorts World Sentosa supports daily show operations by overseeing performers’ safety, assisting guests with park information, and coordinating with supervisors and stage managers. The role also assists with performer costume changes to ensure alignment with IP standards.

You will assist with performer costume changes to ensure alignment with IP standards, stand for long hours in a hot, humid environment, and work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or WSQ Equivalent in related discipline (Hospitality & Tourism, Theatre, TV or Events).
• Minimum 1 year of related industry experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to handle guest interactions, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism.
• Good events and show operational knowledge preferred.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and a high degree of adaptability.
• Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather.
