Job summary

Prestige Media Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled welder to join our fabrication team. You will weld stainless steel components, read blueprints, assemble and fabricate structures, and ensure quality and safety standards are met on site.

Candidates should have relevant welding experience, a high school diploma, and a welding certificate is preferred. Willingness to work weekends/PH and to operate various welding machines is required.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant working experience.
• Have at least high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A valid certificate in welding is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of welding machinery and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding on stainless steel materials.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Assemble, weld, and fabricate stainless steel structures or components.
• Inspect and ensure welded parts meet quality standards.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment safely.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
• Coordinate with fitter and supervisor for job instruction.
• Monitor machinery usage and temperature.
