Job summary

JOBER PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Welder to cut and join metals at our facilities or construction sites in Singapore. You will operate welding equipment to assemble mechanical structures with precision, forming the foundation for strong infrastructure.

The ideal candidate must be proficient with TIG, ARC, and MIG welding, able to read blueprints, and adhere to safety standards, maintaining equipment in safe condition and coordinating with fitters and supervisors as required.

Qualifications

• Proven welding experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Commitment to safety standards and use of protective gear.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and measurements to plan welds.
• Choose welding method based on requirements.
• Set up components and tools for welding per specs.
• Weld components in various positions using manual or semi-automatic equipment.
• Repair machinery by welding and filling gaps.
• Maintain welding equipment in safe condition.
