Job summary

SingHealth is seeking a Staff Wellness Data Analyst to support development and management of staff wellness data, dashboards, and reporting. You will partner with institutions to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting practices and contribute to planning, implementing, and evaluating wellness initiatives across SingHealth.

The role involves leveraging digital and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows and deliver meaningful outcomes for staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Working experience in healthcare or business administration background will be an advantage
• Proficiency in data analysis including SQL
• Ability to understand higher-level objectives and translate them into implementable systems on the ground
• Ability to act with discretion and work independently
• Innovative, resourceful, and a collaborative team player who is comfortable engaging a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage staff wellness data, including dashboards, data extraction, analysis and reporting of staff wellness indicators.
• Plan, implement and evaluate staff wellness initiatives across the cluster.
• Assemble and analyze data from multiple sources to strengthen data quality and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital, automation and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows and reporting.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the Office, including meetings, presentations, minutes, reports and financial processes.
