Job summary

WhiteCrow Research is seeking a Staff Water Engineer in Singapore to lead UPW/WWT system design for regional construction projects and optimize operations across sites.

You will apply deep expertise in water treatment, reliability engineering, and data-driven decision making to improve performance, reduce failure modes, and support major projects with technical leadership.

Travel to regional sites may be required to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10–12+ years of UPW/WWT engineering experience.
• Must Have Technical Skills.
• Deep expertise in UPW/WWT system design and operations.
• Strong capability in SPC, reliability engineering, and process optimization.
• Experience in large-scale facility systems and construction integration.
• Performance benchmarking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Leading UPW/WWT system design for construction projects across the region.
• Driving alignment of O&M practices across all sites.
• Leading cross-functional teams to improve reliability and reduce variation.
• Reviewing and optimizing PM and predictive maintenance programs.
• Providing technical leadership during system failures or major incidents.
• Conducting hydraulic and hydrologic analyses using engineering software.
• Reviewing and approving technical deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
