Job summary

Infineon Technologies invites applications for a Staff Technician to join the Operations team in Singapore. The role centers on maintaining Loadboards, diagnosing failures, and executing repairs to ensure continuous production flow.

You will document activities for traceability, perform incoming inspection for new Loadboards, and procure components and spares. The position includes 12-hour rotating shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing and Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2–5 years working experience on Final Test Equipment.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office.
• Able to perform 12 hours permanent day or night shift.
• Good team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform Loadboard preventive and scheduled maintenance.
• Conduct Loadboard failure analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Execute Loadboard repairs to support production delivery.
• Document all repair and maintenance activities for traceability and record-keeping.
• Perform incoming inspection and buyoff for new Loadboards.
• Procure Loadboard components and spares for replacement.
• Support engineering evaluations and productivity improvement projects.
• Manage Loadboard transactions for production and engineering usage.
