Job summary

Amperesand PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior/Staff software engineer to design, build, and ship Amperesand’s ERP platform, intranet, and internal tools.

You will model data, build Go backends, and craft React/TypeScript interfaces end-to-end, with AI-powered capabilities like search, summarization, and workflows. You will collaborate with product, design, and domain teams, own features, and maintain production systems in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building full-stack production apps.
• Experience with Go backend and React frontend.
• Strong API, data modeling and auth understanding.
• Experience with MES/ERP domains.
• Experience integrating AI features.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of ERP, intranet, and tools.
• Build backend services in Go for manufacturing workflows.
• Develop React/TypeScript interfaces for enterprise apps.
• Design APIs and data models for enterprise integrations.
• Ship AI-powered features with safe, scalable practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and domain teams.
• Maintain and improve existing production software.
• Lead multi-quarter technical initiatives.
