Job summary

Amperesand is building a high-ambition ERP, intranet, and internal tools for energy infrastructure. You will design data models, implement backend services in Go, and craft React/TypeScript interfaces to deliver end-to-end features across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance workflows.

You will collaborate with product, design, and domain experts, while introducing AI-powered capabilities and maintaining health of existing production systems in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping full stack web applications to production.
• Strong experience with Go backend services and React/TypeScript frontend.
• Hands-on experience designing APIs, data models, and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own design and delivery of full stack features across ERP platform, intranet, and tools.
• Build backend services in Go to support manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
• Develop responsive web interfaces in React and TypeScript for complex operational data.
