Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with substantial R&D in thin film or microelectronic devices.
• Experience leading complex technology development in ALD/CVD.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and characterize thin film processes (ALD/CVD).
• Design and execute experiments; translate results to improvements.
• Own portions of a module; track margins, sensitivities, and risks.
