Allied Search Pte Ltd invites applications for a Staff Nurse position at the Urgent Care Centre in the Central area of Singapore. The role focuses on assessing patient needs, documenting histories and vital signs, and delivering safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate will be SNB-registered, hold a nursing diploma or degree, and work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure timely evaluation, treatment and discharge of patients.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with valid registration by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Must maintain professional standards and patient safety as part of nursing practice.

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological and social needs to determine urgency of care and prioritise treatment.
• Obtain and document patients’ medical histories, presenting complaints, vital signs and current medications accurately.

As a Staff Nurse - Urgent Care Centre (Central), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological and social needs to determine the urgency of care and prioritise treatment accordingly.




• Obtain and document patients’ medical histories, presenting complaints, vital signs and current medications accurately.




• Provide safe, compassionate and patient-centred nursing care while ensuring patient comfort and safety.




• Monitor patients’ conditions, conduct regular clinical assessments and promptly report any changes to the medical team.




• Assist doctors with physical examinations, diagnostic procedures and treatment interventions.
