Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Staff Nurse - ICU in Singapore to provide close monitoring and nursing care for critically ill patients. You will assist doctors during procedures and emergencies, monitor patient conditions, and ensure timely reporting of changes to the care team.

The role involves operating respiratory and cardiopulmonary support equipment, monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medications, and educating patients and families on treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma qualification in Nursing.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and close monitoring to critically ill patients.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures, examinations, and emergency situations.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report any changes promptly.
• Support doctors during emergency or unusual situations to ensure proper patient care.
• Operate and maintain respiratory and cardiopulmonary support equipment.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed guidelines.
• Educate patients and family members on treatment plans and patient care.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow hospital safety and infection control protocols.
• Work closely with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management as required.
