Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated nurse to assess patients' nursing care needs, deliver care according to medical orders and hospital procedures, and maintain a safe, patient-centred environment.

You will educate patients and families, provide emotional support, report progress to the Senior Nurse Manager and doctors, mentor junior staff, and promote teamwork across the nursing and healthcare teams while upholding policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Assess patients' nursing care needs and provide appropriate nursing care in accordance with medical orders and hospital procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on relevant aspects of care and provide appropriate emotional and psychosocial support.
• Comply with hospital policies, nursing standards, clinical guidelines and established best practices.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic and patient-centred care environment at all times.
• Provide timely updates to the Senior Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager and doctor regarding patients' conditions, treatment, interventions and care outcomes.
• Provide guidance, supervision and mentorship to new and junior nursing staff.
• Promote effective communication, collaboration and teamwork within the nursing and healthcare teams.
