WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services in the Inpatient Ward/Suite, ensuring care is delivered safely and professionally in line with nursing policies and standards.

The role involves performing assessments, developing care plans, and delivering nursing interventions to promote patient recovery, while maintaining meticulous records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments to identify patients' care needs and contribute to the development of appropriate nursing care plans.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate nursing interventions to promote patient safety, comfort, recovery, and overall well-being.
• Ensure nursing procedures are carried out in accordance with established clinical protocols, infection prevention measures, and patient safety practices.
• Monitor and document patients' clinical conditions, treatment responses, and nursing care provided, escalating concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing records in accordance with organisational policies and documentation requirements.
• Support the Nurse Manager and relevant clinicians in departmental operations, service improvement initiatives, and other ad hoc responsibilities within the scope of nursing practice.
