Job summary

You will lead daily nursing operations as Nurse-in-Charge, supervise shifts, conduct rounds, administer medications, and respond to emergencies while ensuring accurate documentation and up-to-date records.

Qualifications

• State Registered Nurse with SNB registration.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing home/healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical (Primary)

• Lead daily nursing operations as Nurse-in-Charge

Administration (Secondary)

• Participate in quality assurance, fire safety, and emergency response committees


• Assign daily tasks, supervise, and mentor junior staff


• Assist with staff performance appraisals

Requirements:

• State Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.


• Basic Cardiac Life Support Trained


• Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
