Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a valid State RN with the Singapore Nursing Board, has BCLS, and at least 2 years of clinical experience; strong leadership and teamwork are essential. This on-site role emphasizes patient safety, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a positive care

Qualifications

• State-registered nurse with valid SNB registration.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing home or healthcare experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily nursing operations as Nurse-in-Charge.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff during shifts.
• Conduct rounds, assess residents' conditions, and provide timely interventions.
• Administer medications, perform senior nursing treatments, and handle emergencies.
• Ensure accurate documentation, updating nursing charts, and maintenance of resident records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, physiotherapists, dietitians, and pharmacists.
• Participate in quality assurance and safety committees.
• Assign daily tasks, supervise, and assist with staff performance appraisals.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical (Primary)

• Lead daily nursing operations as Nurse-in-Charge
• Supervise and guide nursing staff during shifts
• Conduct rounds, assess residents' conditions, and provide timely interventions
• Administer medications, perform senior nursing treatments, and handle emergencies
• Ensure accurate documentation, updating of nursing charts, and maintenance of resident records

Administration (Secondary)

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, physiotherapists, dietitians, and pharmacists
• Participate in quality assurance, fire safety, and emergency response committees
• Assign daily tasks, supervise, and mentor junior staff
• Assist with staff performance appraisals

Requirements:
