WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide nursing care for patients undergoing haemodialysis and to support the dialysis centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and supportive nursing care to patients undergoing haemodialysis.
• Participate in haemodialysis procedures and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure treatments are carried out safely.
• Perform AV fistula and AV graft needling in accordance with approved clinical protocols and individual competency requirements.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs during dialysis, maintain accurate clinical records and promptly elevate any concerns.
• Assist doctors and fellow healthcare professionals with patient examinations and treatment-related procedures.
• Ensure dialysis equipment is properly cleaned, maintained and stored after use.
• Check that all equipment and consumables are available and suitable for use before treatment begins.
• Maintain a clean and organised clinical environment in accordance with infection-control and workplace safety standards.
• Clean and disinfect dialysis machines, treatment chairs and work surfaces after each patient session.
• Carry out other relevant duties as assigned by the Head Nurse to support patient care and centre operations.
