Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD seeks a Staff Nurse – Geriatrics to join its Singapore team. You will perform comprehensive geriatric assessments and support doctors, including home visits across clinic and home-care settings.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Nursing and SNB registration, with 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics, palliative care or community/home care. Fluency with elderly patients and caregiver education is valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing and Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments (CGA) for elderly patients.
• Perform clinical procedures including blood taking, injections/vaccinations, wound care, catheterisation, health screening and ECG monitoring.
• Support doctors and manage elderly patients with dementia, frailty, falls, osteoporosis and chronic conditions.
• Conduct home visits and provide patient/caregiver education on medications, care plans and disease management.
• Coordinate patient care, maintain accurate medical/clinical records and support smooth daily clinic operations.

Salary: $4,000 – $5,000/month

Employment: Full-Time

Setting: Geriatric Clinic + Community / Home Care

Key Responsibilities

Core Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Registered Nurse registration – Mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in Geriatrics, Palliative Care, Community Nursing or Home Care highly preferred
• Comfortable working with elderly patients and conducting home visits; dialect-speaking ability is an advantage.
