Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Nurse Manager - Geriatrics to lead and supervise the nursing team across a geriatric clinic and home-care settings, ensuring high standards of care.

The ideal candidate holds a Nursing degree with SNB RN registration, offers 5–8 years of clinical experience and proven supervisory leadership, and is comfortable conducting home visits. Salary is SGD 6,000–7,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing with SNB RN registration or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Supervisory or nursing leadership experience.
• Hands-on clinical skills and independent nursing procedures.
• Experience in geriatrics, palliative care, community or home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nursing team, including rostering, onboarding, training and maintaining clinical standards.
• Conduct geriatric assessments (CGA) and provide hands-on nursing care in clinic and home-care settings.
• Perform clinical procedures independently (IV therapy/antibiotics, PICC line care, wound care, catheterisation, NG tube, blood taking, injections/vaccinations and ECG).
• Manage complex geriatric cases and act as the clinical escalation point for the nursing team.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, medications, supplies, patient-care coordination and development of geriatric/community nursing services.

Nurse Manager - Geriatrics

Salary: $6,000 - $7,000/month

Employment: Full-Time

Setting: Geriatric Clinic + Community / Home Care

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nursing team , including rostering, onboarding, training and maintaining clinical/nursing standards.
• Conduct geriatric assessments (CGA) and provide hands-on nursing care in both clinic and home-care settings.
• Independently perform clinical procedures including IV therapy/antibiotics, PICC line care, wound care, catheterisation, NG tube, blood taking, injections/vaccinations and ECG .
• Manage complex geriatric cases and serve as the clinical escalation point for the nursing team.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, medication/supplies, patient-care coordination and development of geriatric/community nursing services .

Core Requirements

• Degree in Nursing - Mandatory
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) RN registration - Mandatory
• 5-8 years of clinical nursing experience
• Must have supervisory / nursing leadership experience
• Strong hands-on clinical skills and able to perform nursing procedures independently
• Experience in Geriatrics, Palliative Care, Community Nursing or Home Care highly preferred
• Comfortable caring for elderly patients and conducting home visits .
